Longtime sculptor and painter Marjorie Minkin wanted a way to showcase some of the work she does in her Waltham studio which ranges in materials and process. I contentedly spent several hours observing and photographing while Marjorie painted, molded and fitted her relief works together. How could I not be captivated by her playful color and translucence? After that she okayed my wish to set up some staged collaborative portraits which allowed me to make her the center piece as she typically does with her art. Thank you Marjorie.
